Truth | Honor | Virtue

Help us celebrate some of the great things our school community is doing!

HS Cross Country

Austin Allred took 1st at our Region meet and 5th at our State meet. Austin also broke the previous 5k record set by his brother Evan back in 2017. Evan ran it in 17:01 and Austin ran it in 16:49 – that’s an average of 5:25 per mile!

HS Boys Volleyball

High School Boys Volleyball took 2nd in their State tournament last weekend.

Middle School Activity: Friday, November 11

In conjunction with a local food bank, the Middle School StuCo is having a Thanksgiving activity! Students attending are asked to bring a boxed dinner (i.e. macaroni and cheese, rice-a-roni, etc.). The activity will have some games of dodgeball and then a fun Thanksgiving lunch.

We need volunteers to help provide food for these hungry students. For more information and to sign up, please visit our SignUpGenius: MS Charity Feast.

2023-24 Re-Enrollment & Enrollment

Re-Enroll CURRENT Students By November 30

Does your student wish to return to Maeser for the 2023-2024 school year? If so, you MUST complete re-enrollment by Wednesday, November 30.

Re-Enrollment consists of TWO STEPS:

  • Log in to your PowerSchool Parent Portal account and click on the “Re-Enrollment 23-24” icon in the left-side menu to fill out your student’s online re-enrollment form.
  • Pay the $50 re-enrollment deposit (nonrefundable and non-transferrable; will be applied toward your student’s 2023-2024 student fees).

If you do not complete the online re-enrollment and pay the deposit by the re-enrollment deadline, your student will lose their spot for the 2023-2024 school year AND will lose their “returning student” priority status if you decide to submit a new application.

If you have any questions, please contact our registrar at registrar@maeserprep.org.

Complete Enrollment Applications For NEW Students By January 31

If you would like to apply to Maeser for your student’s siblings for the 2023-2024 school year, be sure to submit an application for our enrollment lottery by Tuesday, January 31. Applications can be found on the Maeser website under Admissions. Please be sure that you are using the 2023-2024 link (available on November 1)!

All applications received by midnight on Tuesday, January 31 will be entered into our lottery. Siblings of current students will receive priority status in the lottery. After the lottery, any applications will be added to the waitlist.

If you have any questions, please contact our registrar at registrar@maeserprep.org.

Can We Reach You In Case Of Emergency?

It’s important to keep your contact information up to date and opt-in to receive text messages from Maeser — in case of an emergency, this is how we notify parents! In addition, we use your contact information to notify you about important school events and school fees deadlines.

Here’s how to make sure you’re getting all of our important announcements and information:

Opt In For School Text Messages

Our school utilizes the SchoolMessenger system to deliver text messages to your mobile phone with important information about events, school closings, safety alerts, student fees, and more. We will only use text messaging for urgent and important information.

You can participate in this service by sending a text message of “Y” or “Yes” to our school’s short code number, 67587.

You can also opt out of text messages at any time by simply replying to one of our messages with “Stop”.

Update Your Contact Information

If any of your contact information has changed – email address, mailing address, phone number – please let us know asap so we can be sure you’re getting school and teacher communications.

Thank you for helping us keep in contact with your family!
