**DEADLINE: THIS MONDAY!** 4th Quarter Letter Grade Requests
*Available for High School Students ONLY*
High school students now have the option to choose a letter grade for the 4th quarter in their elective and non-core classes. The deadline to submit these requests is Monday, June 8th at 11:59pm. All requested grade changes will be completed on Tuesday and reflected on transcripts by Wednesday, June 10.
How to request a letter grade: Your high school student received an email from Mr. Simmons on Tuesday, May 26 with a link to the request form; students must be logged in to their Maeser email account to access the request form.
2020 Summer Reading Program

Summer Language Camps at Belmont Classical Academy
Belmont Classical Academy in American Fork will be hosting two in-person summer language camps June 15-July 1 for middle school and high school students. For more information and to sign up:

Sports Announcements
Sports/Academic Eligibility
Eligibility for fall sports/activities will be based on 4th term grades. This policy includes all grades (7th-11th). Students must earn a 2.7 GPA with no Fs/NGs/Incompletes. In addition, high students cannot have any Fs/NGs/Incompletes from previous high school terms.
HS Baseball
The high school baseball team will begin optional summer practices on Monday, June 8th. We will practice Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:00a – 11:00a at Rotary Park (400 S 200 E, American Fork). Any student who will be in high school in the fall is invited. Counseling Announcements
Summer School for Credit Remediation
Information about Summer School for credit remediation will be announced by mid June.
Maeser Online Credit Ahead
Registration for Maeser Online credit ahead is closed. You are welcome to look at other outside sources such as Northridge Learning Center, East Shore and BYU online High School.

Fall Class Schedules
Fall Schedules will be released around the first week of August. Schedule Change information will be given at that time.
