Charges for Lost/Missing School Materials (Textbooks, Uniforms, Etc)
Student accounts have been charged for any materials not turned in during checkout.
Students have until the end of the day on Friday, May 29 (TODAY) to return missing items to the school and have the fees removed. Put items in the drop box in front of the school and include a sticky note with the student’s name *and* teacher’s name.
Missing items will be replaced this summer and the fee(s) will remain on student accounts for any items not returned by May 29.
Outstanding fees can be paid online at our RevTrak Fee Payment site: You will need your PowerSchool parent account username and password to log in. (If you have trouble logging in, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.) Once you’ve added the fee to your cart, you will need to create a RevTrak account (or log into your existing RevTrak account) to enter your payment details.

HS Shakespeare Team Auditions **DEADLINE EXTENDED**
DEADLINE EXTENDED! By JUNE 1st, send Mr. Hults a one-minute video of your memorized monologue. Speak with diction, volume, and intention. E-mail Mr. Hults with any questions.
Yearbook Pickup: Tuesday, June 2
Our yearbooks are finally on their way! We will be able to pass them out on Tuesday, June 2nd.
We’ll have a drive-through pickup. Just pull up to the front of the school between noon and 2pm on Tuesday June 2nd. Yearbook staff will come to your car and bring you your yearbook(s) — no need to get out of your vehicle.
If you haven’t yet bought your yearbook, we will have a few copies for sale in the front office that day, sold on a first-come, first-served basis. (Please pull all the way through and park in the student parking lot so we can continue yearbook distribution; do not park in front of the building.)
Unfortunately, we cannot have our signing party yet. It’s not quite safe enough for us to have a large group of people passing around yearbooks and germ-covered pens. We’re still hoping to have such an event in July, but for now we’ll just enjoy the books as they come.

Flash Uniform Sale: Wednesday, June 3
Help! Our uniform closet is overflowing!

- Only uniforms that are part of our uniform closet will be sold at this sale.
- NO parent uniform exchange at this sale.
- Please consider wearing a mask and practicing social distancing while shopping.

4th Quarter Letter Grade Requests
*Available for High School Students ONLY*
High school students now have the option to choose a letter grade for the 4th quarter in their elective and non-core classes. The deadline to submit these requests is Monday, June 8th at 11:59pm. All requested grade changes will be completed on Tuesday and reflected on transcripts by Wednesday, June 10.
How to request a letter grade: Your high school student received an email from Mr. Simmons on Tuesday, May 26 with a link to the request form; students must be logged in to their Maeser email account to access the request form.
2020 Summer Reading Program
If you’d like to get a headstart on this year’s summer reading program, you can check out all the details here: 2020 Summer Reading Lists. This year’s community text is Little Women by Louisa May Alcott.
Eligibility for fall sports/activities will be based on 4th term grades. This policy includes all grades (7th-11th). Students must earn a 2.7 GPA with no Fs/NGs/Incompletes. In addition, high students cannot have any Fs/NGs/Incompletes from previous high school terms.
HS Girls Soccer Summer Workouts
Summer workouts for the high school girl’s soccer team will begin on Wednesday, June 3rd, from 9-11am. Workouts will be at Aspen Elementary (945 W 2000 N, Orem, UT 84057). These are voluntary workouts. If you have questions, contact Coach Simmons (email@example.com).
Deadline to Register for Online Summer Credit Ahead
The deadline to register for Online Credit Ahead Summer School will be Friday, May 29. In order to give the students the required amount of time to complete the courses, we will not accept any registrations after the May 29 deadline.

Summer Pre-Requisite for Fall Career Apprenticeships
ATTENTION 2020-21 SENIORS: If you plan on doing an internship next year, you will need to take the online career apprenticeship class this summer. Please contact Mrs. Anderson for more details.
