Winterim Registration

Requests for 2020 Winterim classes open next week!

  • Monday: Seniors
  • Tuesday: Juniors
  • Wednesday: Sophomores
  • Thursday: Freshmen
  • Friday: Open registration until 4:00pm

Check your Maeser email on your grade’s assigned day for a link to the Google Form where you can submit your Winterim requests.

Remember, these are requests — preference will be given to seniors, then juniors, etc. You will need to submit your top THREE choices so we know where to put you in case your top choice is full.

Senior CCR Meetings

Student Fees Due by Thursday, October 3

All annual and year-long and first semester class fees have been charged to student accounts. This includes enrollment, graduation, Winterim, year-long class fees, first semester class fees & AP exam fees. Late fees will apply after this date. AP students who do not pay their AP exam fee by this date will be dropped from their AP class.

Flu Shot Clinic: SAY BOO TO THE FLU

On Friday, October 4th, Community Nursing Services will be on campus from 11 am to 1 pm providing flu shots. Participating students will need a parent present. All major insurance plans are accepted!

Model United Nations

A few committee openings are available — come choose yours now! Here’s what’s available:

  • General Assembly 4 – I. Strengthening International Cooperation in Outer Space to Ensure Peace and Security; II. Advancing Equality and Accountability in UN Peacekeeping Operations and Special Political Missions
  • UN Environmental Programme – I. Restructuring Industrial Systems to Create a Green Economy; II. Mitigating the Effects of Climate Change on Agriculture.
  • UN Commission on the Status of Women – I. Ensuring STEM Education is Accessible to Young Women in Developing Countries;II. Involving Women in the Implementation of Worldwide Sustainable Maternal Health Practices.
  • Model European Union – I. Addressing Conflict in Eastern Ukraine; II. Evaluating Anti-Corruption Measures in Association States.

Maeser Science Fair

Our schoolwide Science Fair will be held on Wednesday, December 4 at 6:00pm in the Maeser lunchroom. Interested students should contact their science teachers for more information.

Are you a swimmer? Would you like to be a member of the Maeser Swim Team this year? The Maeser Swim Team is in its fourth consecutive year and growing! We would LOVE to have more swimmers join our team.
