Annual Parent Survey

Parents, please take a few minutes to share with us your thoughts about Maeser. We’re always open to feedback and looking to improve. As parents, your feedback is vital for helping Maeser to continue as one of the best schools in the state. You can take the survey at 2018-19 Parent Survey. Thanks!

Summer Driver Education Class

There will be a driver education class at Maeser Prep June 3-13 starting at 9:00am. The sign-up sheet will be at the front desk.

Volunteer Opportunities: Maeser Appreciation Week

Every year we have the chance to thank our faculty and staff during Maeser Appreciation Week. We provide a week of lunches and gift cards for each teacher. Click here for information and to sign up: Lunches & Gift Cards for Maeser Appreciation Week: May 6-10

Host Families Needed for Foreign Exchange Students

We still need host families for foreign exchange students who will be coming to Maeser this year! Foreign exchange students make a great contribution to our school, our community, and to your family. Students are carefully selected and screened, and they come with their own health insurance and spending money — all that is required from you is a bed, board and welcome. If your family is interested in hosting an exchange student this year, please call Wendy Waldes for more information: wendywaldes@gmail.com or 801-709-3583.

Sports Announcements

Students planning on playing sports in college need to be registered with NCAA. Please speak with Mrs. Sorenson for details!

Sports Banquet

The 2018-19 Sports Banquet is scheduled for Tuesday, May 21st at 6:00pm in the gym. This is for all high school students who participated in a sport. Last names A-J bring an appetizer and K-Z a dessert.

Activities/Sports Eligibility for 1st Term 2019-2020

Do you plan on participating in a sport/activity during the 1st term of the 2019-2020 school year? If the answer is yes then your eligibility will be based on your 4th term grades THIS YEAR. That is correct, the grades you earn this term will determine whether or not you can participate and this applies to all current 7th-11th graders. The standard is a 2.7 GPA with no Fs/NGs. An additional requirement for high school students is no Fs/NGs from any previous high school terms. The good news: if you have an F/NG during any previous terms you will have the summer to make them up if needed.
