Re-enroll Your Current Maeser Student for 2019-20 by Thursday, December 6
Re-enrollment is now open for current Maeser students who will be returning for the 2019-20 school year. To secure your student’s spot at Maeser for the coming year, please visit our front office during office hours (M-Th 7:30am-4:00pm, Fri 7:30am-1:30pm) to submit the required re-enrollment paperwork and your $50 enrollment deposit.
Please note: The $50 re-enrollment deposit can be paid online through our fee payment system, but you must still come in to the front office to fill out and sign the required paperwork.
Re-enrollment must be completed by Thursday, December 6, 2018. This allows us to plan for the number of open spots we can offer to new students in our enrollment lottery in February. For the past several years, our wait list has far exceeded the number of seats available at Maeser, so we want to be sure your Maeser student has a spot reserved for next year!
Does your student have a non-Maeser sibling who would like to attend Maeser next year?
Be sure to submit an enrollment application on our website before February 1, 2019 so they can be included in our 2019-20 enrollment lottery.
Questions about re-enrollment?
Contact our Registrar, Mrs. Slade, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
NG Make-up on Flex Day
Did you know your student can make up NGs on Flex Day on December 7? Have your student stop at the front office before going to work with their teachers, and we’ll give them a form to have their teachers sign so we can credit their Flex Day time toward their NGs.

Volunteer Help Needed!
MSI Sewing Class (8th Grade)
We need parent volunteers for the Sewing class for 8th grade held during MSI. We also need additional sewing machines to borrow for the class. If you can do either or both, please email Mrs. Goodrich email@example.com. We need to have it set before the Christmas break. Thanks!
We are looking for several parents to join our Grant committee. If you are interested in using your volunteer hours to help Maeser look for and write grants, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Concurrent Enrollment for 2nd Semester
Students planning on taking a Concurrent Enrollment class during 2nd semester need to begin the admission process NOW! Visit UVU Concurrent Enrollment for details and to begin the admission process.
Students planning on taking Math 1030 or Math 1060 next semester need to make sure to register for these classes before Christmas Break.
Grades for Quarter 1 have now been posted in PowerSchool. Students must have earned a 2.7 GPA with no Fs/NGs for the 1st term in order to be eligible to participate in activities/sports at Maeser Prep during the 2nd term and must maintain this GPA during the 2nd term in order to remain eligible.
Quarter 3 and beyond
Students must earn a 2.7 GPA with no Fs/NGs for the 2nd term in order to be eligible to participate in activities sports during the 3rd term. In addition to this standard, any high school students who have NGs/Fs from any previous high school courses will be required to make up the F/NG before they are eligible to participate in activities/sports. Contact the counselors to learn more about options for making up these courses.
