If you plan to pay your fees online, you will need to log in using your PowerSchool parent account username and password. After you add your fees to your cart and go to Checkout, you will need to log into (or create) your separate RevTrak payment account to enter your payment information.
If you need to set up a payment plan for annual student fees, graduation fees, and/or year-long and first-semester class fees, you may do so in person at the Finance Office BEFORE September 27th. Do it early! Lines will get long toward the end of September.

Galapagos Winterim Parent/Student Meeting
The Galapagos Winterim will be Maeser’s only international Winterim this school year. If you’re interested in attending, please join us for an information meeting right after school on September 13th. For further information, please contact Mrs. Slade at stefanie.slade@maeserprep.org or Mr. Kreitzer at josh.kreitzer@maeserprep.org.
Volunteer Opportunity for Juniors and Seniors for Mentoring
We have established a connection with the director of the Family Support and Treatment Center located on 1200 West, just a few blocks south of our school.
They provide a nursery there and can use volunteer help in it. The director provides this information:
ABOUT THE CRISIS-RESPITE NURSERY: Our Nursery provides a safe place for children ages newborn to 11 years old. Children come here for a variety of reasons. Families use the nursery for crisis reasons such as abuse, neglect, domestic violence, medical emergency, death of a family member, or a mental health crisis. But not all children who use the nursery have been traumatized. The nursery is also used for respite reasons such as a parent or guardian attending a therapy appointment, support group, court hearing, doctor appointment or job interview. Parents can also use the nursery to just have some self-care time for up to 3 hrs a week.
Students wanting to volunteer must be 16 yrs old and attend a training session which we will schedule for either Friday, September 21 or Friday, September 28 during after-school mentoring. They can then sign up week by week so that we provide 3-5 students for the nursery each Friday. Students may go as many or as few times as they choose during the school year.
This a great opportunity for community service and to add to applications in the future. If you are interested, please sign up in Room 222. Questions? Email Mrs. Goodrich at marlene.goodrich@maeserprep.org.
Model United Nations
Your student can be an ambassador for a day on Friday, 26 October 2018 — join our Model United Nations team! Over 300 students from the Wasatch Front participate in this Model UN. The participation fee for Model UN is $20.
Students will meet the next 5 Wednesdays during lunch in Mrs. Smith’s room (#215). They will learn diplomacy, public speaking, parliamentary procedure, research, and resolution writing. Besides the General Assembly (GA, GA2, GA3) these committees need delegates: Human Rights Council (HRC), Commission on the Status of Women (CSW), World Health Organization (WHO), Security Council (SC), and two special committees: Organization of American States (OAS-Spanish Only) and Model European Union.
Parent volunteers are needed on Friday 26 October 2018 at BYU. Questions? Email Mrs. Smith at allison.smith@maeserprep.org.
