Math Summer School
If you are interested in your child taking a summer school class (June 5th – 23rd) at Maeser please contact Ted Gilbert, Math Department Chair, for details. His email is ted.gilbert@maeserprep.org. The classes are for students who need to earn credit or just want to be better prepared for next year’s math class.
ACT Prep Camp
There will be an ACT Prep Camp from June 26th – June 29th. The camp will focus on improving your score for the Math and Science sections of the ACT. Information and registration is available in the front office. The cost is $60 and includes all of your materials, books, and instruction. Registration has been extended until June 2nd. Class size is limited to 40 students, so register early. Talk to Mrs. Plott Mrs. Plott for more details.
Sports Announcements
Girls’ Soccer Summer Workouts
All girls interested in playing high school soccer this fall are welcome to participate in our summer workouts. We will be playing soccer on Tuesdays from 8:30-9:30am at Bonneville Park (about 1 1/2 blocks east of the school) and working out on Wednesdays from 10:30-11:30am at CrossFit Lehi.
Volunteer Needs
Help Needed: Lunch for Teacher Training Day – Thursday, June 1st
Still need some volunteer hours? Or would you like to get a jump start on next year’s hours? Here’s a great opportunity! While school is out for the students, our teachers still have training. Too busy to volunteer before the end of the school year?
Did you know you can make a donation in lieu of volunteer hours? Volunteer hours can be “bought out” at $7.50 per hour (or $300 for the full 40 hours). Donations can be made at the front desk during office hours or on our RevTrak fee payment site. If you make a donation in lieu of volunteer hours, please remember to record your donation at the link above.
