JoAnna Larsen has a Bachelor’s degree in Middle Eastern Culture and a certificate in Community Preparedness and Disaster Management, as well as a Master’s degree in Crisis and Emergency Management. She has worked in emergency management for the past 18 years. She currently serves as the Advancement Committee chair and on the Maeser Safety Committee.
