Volunteer
Maeser parents are highly encouraged to perform 40 hours of volunteer service per family each year. Every $5 spent on donated items to the school counts as one hour of service. Report volunteer hours of service at this link. If you have any questions on submitted hours, contact Sue Holdaway at the front office.
Attendance
To help our office keep accurate records and process absences efficiently, please remember our process for excusing attendance:
- The preferred method for excusing an absence is by emailing [email protected]. This provides a written record that is easy for us to access and confirm.
- If email is not an option, you may call the front desk at (801) 235-9000, and we will gladly assist you.
Please note:
- Parents are not permitted to excuse a middle-of-the-day unexcused absence. If a student needs to leave during the school day, parents must check them out in person, call the front desk, or email in advance to arrange the excusal.
- Absences must be excused within 10 school days.
