Sevvies to Seniors

If you’d like to watch your graduate grow from a first-time-at-Maeser student into who they are now, you can watch the Sevvies to Seniors Video.

Video Yearbook is Available Online Only

Graduate Sam Smith made a 20 minute video yearbook for you to enjoy. Unlike in prior years, it is only available online at this link. Please watch and enjoy! She worked very hard on it and there are a lot of great memories in it.

Online Classes, Summer School & Schedules

The counseling office will be closed for the summer and will reopen on Monday, August 3rd. During the summer, counselors will not be available.

  • Online classes over the summer: If you are planning to take online classes, please see the attached flyer for a list of approved providers. Students are responsible for enrolling directly through the provider and completing courses before school starts in August. Because summer classes are optional, you must pay for all credits yourself. If you do not complete the class this summer, it will be automatically added to your Maeser schedule in the fall. As a reminder, the state’s online education program (SOEP/SEATS) is not an option for summer classes this year, as it counts against your full time enrollment at Maeser. All requests will be automatically rejected this summer.

  • Summer school: Please see the following information for frequently asked questions about summer school:

Official invites will be going out soon, but if you failed any classes this year you can plan on remediating them in summer school. If you are unable to attend summer school, you are responsible for completing the credit independently. This can be done through any approved online provider. If you have questions about summer school, please reach out to [email protected].

  • 2026-2027 schedules: Course requests are finalized for this year. Student schedules will be available in PowerSchool on Friday, August 7th and a schedule change request form will be sent out. Schedule changes will only be accepted through the Google form.

Seniors will receive additional information later this summer about meeting with their counselor to confirm graduation requirements.

Can We Reach You In Case Of Emergency?

It’s important to keep your contact information up to date and opt-in to receive text messages from Maeser — in case of an emergency, this is how we notify parents! In addition, we use your contact information to notify you about important school events and school fees deadlines. Here’s how to make sure you’re getting all of our important announcements and information:

Opt In For School Text Messages

Our school utilizes the SchoolMessenger system to deliver text messages to your mobile phone with important information about events, school closings, safety alerts, student fees, and more. We will only use text messaging for urgent and important information. You can participate in this service by sending a text message of “Y” or “Yes” to our school’s short code number, 67587. You can also opt out of text messages at any time by simply replying to one of our messages with “Stop”.

Update Your Contact Information

If any of your contact information has changed – email address, mailing address, phone number – please let us know asap so we can be sure you’re getting school and teacher communications. Thank you for helping us keep in contact with your family!
