How to Order Lunch

Maeser will no longer be using a Google form sheet for lunch orders. All pre-ordered lunch orders (Monday- Chick-Fil-A, Tuesday- Costa Vida, and Thursday- Yummy’s) must be pre-ordered and prepaid through RevTrak.

Follow These Steps:

  1. Go to maeserprep.org.
  2. Click the 2nd link on the yellow bar on the website (or go to maeserprep.org/lunch/)
  3. Click “Order Lunches in RevTrak.” You will be taken to our Rev Web Store.
  4. Log in using your RevTrak login.
    • If you do not already have a RevTrak account, you can create a new account.
  5. After logging into the Web Store, you will be prompted to log in to your Parent PowerSchool account (first time only)
  6. Once you are logged in, click on the Shop tab at the top of the page
  7. Select Lunch. On the left hand of the screen you will see order forms for Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Order the lunches for your student(s) all in one transaction. You can “add to cart” multiple students lunches and pay in one transaction.
  8. Complete payment online to finalize your pre-order. Your lunch order is not complete until payment has been submitted online.

Please note that the lunch ordering timeframe has changed. Instead of placing your order the day before lunch, the Lunch Ordering Page will now be open from Thursday at 6:00 PM through Sunday at 6:00 PM for lunches being served the following week. Please be sure to place your lunch orders during this ordering window.

Forgot to Order or Bring a Lunch?

Approximately 10 extra lunches will be available daily for cash purchase on a first-come, first-served basis for students who forgot to order or bring lunch.

Pizza Wednesday

Pizza Wednesday will remain a no-pre-order, cash, in-person purchase lunch day.

Students do not need to order pizza in advance and can pay with cash, purchase a one-day lunch card in the front office, or use a $25 lunch punch card on Wednesdays. Price is $2/slice.

What If I Paid For A Lunch But My Child Was Sick That Day?

Refunds may be requested by emailing stephanie.javid@maeserprep.org by Friday at 5 PM for parent- or medically excused absences; no refunds will be given for unexcused absences.

Thank you for helping keep our lunch program running smoothly by setting up your RevTrak account and ordering lunches in advance!

General Lunch Reminders

Microwaves are available in the lunchroom for students who bring lunch from home. Please note: we do NOT have refrigerator facilities for student use.

Lunch Volunteers Needed

Assessment Announcements

11th Grade PSAT Day: Wednesday, October 14

On Wednesday, October 14, all Maeser Juniors will be given the opportunity to take the PSAT — a pre-SAT test offered by the College Board. This is a free opportunity for our Juniors to enter the National Merit Scholarship Competition. Your Junior is already signed up to take the PSAT.

In order to create a safe and focused testing environment for our Juniors, we have set aside this day for PSAT testing only. There will be NO SCHOOL on October 14 for students who are not in 11th grade. Please make other arrangements for your students in grades 7, 8, 9, 10, and 12 on that day, as we will not have space or supervision available for them on our campus.

If your sophomore or senior has signed up to take the ASVAB that day, they should report directly to the testing location given to them by the counselors.

More detailed information about PSAT day will be sent to Juniors and their parents as we get closer to the day of the test.

We encourage all Juniors to take the PSAT on October 14, both as a free opportunity to practice before taking the ACT and as an opportunity to enter a large scholarship competition. However, parents who prefer not to send their students to campus for testing can choose to opt their students out of this test by submitting a signed Parental Exclusion Form by NO LATER THAN Monday, October 12 (to give us time to excuse your student’s absence and adjust our testing room assignments). These students will be provided with information about how they can enter the National Merit Scholarship competition without taking the PSAT.

Parent Help Needed!

In order to start our students off right on PSAT Day, we offer breakfast and a mid-test snack to keep their brains powered! We would love help from our parents! Please sign up to help here: Junior PSAT Breakfast 2026
<h3; span style=”style=”color: #fab329″>ASVAB Test Sign-ups (Sophomores & Seniors only)

The ASVAB is a career aptitude test designed to help students learn about their skills, interests, and possible career paths. It is available to all students, not just those interested in the military.

Maeser is offering the ASVAB test to sophomores and seniors only on Wednesday, October 14th at 9:00am. Breakfast begins at 8:30am. Spots are limited to 50 participants. Sign up here: ASVAB Registration 10th & 12th Grade Students

Attendance School

NGs are made up in attendance school in room 108:

M-Th 7:15-7:45

T, Th 3:45-4:15

Information about NGs can be found here on our website.

Winterim Instructions

Read your emails carefully for instructions on registering for Winterim. Priority registration has closed as of yesterday. Winterim schedules will be released at the end of November.

Math Lab

Do you need some help in math? Do you need a quiet place to work on math homework?  The math tutoring lab is open Monday through Thursday each week.  Before school (7:15 a.m. – 7:45 a.m.), the math lab is in room #302.  After school (3:45 – 4:15 p.m.), the math lab is in room #103.  The math lab is FREE and open to all Maeser students in any level of math.

Math Rocks!

Math Rocks! is an afterschool program sponsored by UVU’s math department.  We might once per term, have snacks, and do some really fun math projects.  We’ve done projects using origami, explored math in magic tricks, and used board games to emphasize math topics.  This extracurricular activity is open to all students in any level of math. Our first meeting will be on Thursday, October 22nd.  A permission slip will be needed. Talk to Mrs. Plott (rochelle.plot@maeserprep.org) for more information.

Math Team Information Meeting:

Are you interested in joining the math team? We have both a high school (grades 9 – 12) and a middle school (grades 7 – 8) math team. The math team is open to all students, regardless of what math class you are currently in. If you would like to learn more about our competitions and do some fun math problems, come to an information meeting on Wednesday, October 7th during lunch in room #103 (Mrs. Plott’s room).  See you there!

Study Hall

Need a quiet productive space after school? Maeser National Honor society will be hosting a Study Hall on Wednesdays from 3:30pm to 4:30pm in room 205. Come if you need a productive space, a desk to work at, or chromebook access. NHS members will supervise the session and will also be open to tutor and answer any questions, if possible.

Volunteer Opportunities

Picture Retake Day

Maeser needs help on picture retake day (October 5th). We need parents to help the photographers from 8AM-1PM. Sign up here.

Breakfast on PSAT Day

On October 14th all Maeser Juniors will have the opportunity to take the PSAT. This is a very important event for our Juniors that opens up opportunities for scholarships and gives Maeser another snapshot to see how our Classical education model is preparing them for their next steps. We have found that students are more focused and are able to perform better when they are fueled for the occasion. We would love your help in providing our Junior Class with breakfast and snacks for their testing day to keep their brains functioning at the highest capacity! For more information and to sign up, please visit our SignUpGenius: Junior PSAT Breakfast 2026

Why Should I Even Care?

Did you know that your volunteer hours get the school funding? That’s right! When you give to Maeser, the state decides it’s worth it too.

I’m In! …But How Does This Work?

Volunteer opportunities include manning and cleaning up after events, decorating, chaperoning, and more. Additionally, each $5 spent for donations counts as one hour of volunteer service!

Here is an example: If you decide to share some yummy treats at a Maeser event and spend $15 on the ingredients and two hours on prep and transportation, you can claim 5 hours.

Current Volunteer Opportunities

Current parent volunteer opportunities are always available at this link and will be updated regularly.

Lunch Volunteers Needed

In order to keep lunch running smoothly, we need more volunteers! Sign up here.

Report Your Volunteer Hours

DON’T FORGET! Report your volunteer hours once you’ve dropped off your donation: Report Parent Service Hours.

In addition, we use your contact information to notify you about important school events and school fees deadlines.
