How to Order Lunch

Maeser will no longer be using a Google form sheet for lunch orders. All pre-ordered lunch orders (Monday- Chick-Fil-A, Tuesday- Costa Vida, and Thursday- Yummy’s) must be pre-ordered and prepaid through RevTrak.

Follow These Steps:

  1. Go to maeserprep.org.
  2. Click the 2nd link on the yellow bar on the website (or go to maeserprep.org/lunch/)
  3. Click “Order Lunches in RevTrak.” You will be taken to our Rev Web Store.
  4. Log in using your RevTrak login.
    • If you do not already have a RevTrak account, you can create a new account.
  5. After logging into the Web Store, you will be prompted to log in to your Parent PowerSchool account (first time only)
  6. Once you are logged in, click on the Shop tab at the top of the page
  7. Select Lunch. On the left hand of the screen you will see order forms for Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Order the lunches for your student(s) all in one transaction. You can “add to cart” multiple students lunches and pay in one transaction.
  8. Complete payment online to finalize your pre-order. Your lunch order is not complete until payment has been submitted online.

Please note that the lunch ordering timeframe has changed. Instead of placing your order the day before lunch, the Lunch Ordering Page will now be open from Thursday at 6:00 PM through Sunday at 6:00 PM for lunches being served the following week. Please be sure to place your lunch orders during this ordering window.

Forgot to Order or Bring a Lunch?

Approximately 10 extra lunches will be available daily for cash purchase on a first-come, first-served basis for students who forgot to order or bring lunch.

Pizza Wednesday

Pizza Wednesday will remain a no-pre-order, cash, in-person purchase lunch day.

Students do not need to order pizza in advance and can pay with cash, purchase a one-day lunch card in the front office, or use a $25 lunch punch card on Wednesdays. Price is $2/slice.

What If I Paid For A Lunch But My Child Was Sick That Day?

Refunds may be requested by emailing stephanie.javid@maeserprep.org by Friday at 5 PM for parent- or medically excused absences; no refunds will be given for unexcused absences.

Thank you for helping keep our lunch program running smoothly by setting up your RevTrak account and ordering lunches in advance!

General Lunch Reminders

Microwaves are available in the lunchroom for students who bring lunch from home. Please note: we do NOT have refrigerator facilities for student use.

Lunch Volunteers Needed

In order to keep lunch running smoothly, we need more volunteers! Sign up here.

Parking Passes

Students who drive a car to school and park in the parking lot need a parking pass. Beginning next week, we’ll be patrolling the parking lot and giving tickets to cars that do not have the parking pass. They are $10 and you can buy them in the front office. Just a friendly reminder that students are not allowed to park in the south lot (the one closest to 1600 North). That is for faculty.

You can print off the Maeser Parking Pass Form, fill it out, and then bring it to the front office

Homecoming Week

Homecoming Legacy Concert – Postponed

Unforeseen issues have arisen with our new auditorium’s sound and lighting systems, and they will unfortunately not be fully functional in time for the event. Because of this, we have made the decision to postpone the concert that was originally set for Friday, September 18th. We are currently working to confirm October 23rd as our rescheduled date and will share finalized details as soon as they are confirmed.

While we are disappointed to delay this celebration, our priority is ensuring that the inaugural performance in our new auditorium reflects the full functionality of the facility and provides the best possible experience for our performers and audience.

Thank you for your understanding, patience, and continued support of our Maeser community.

Maeser Homecoming Market

The Farmer’s Market (4-7pm) is still on!

Homecoming Dance

When: 8-11pm

Where: Stone Gate Events

How: Once Upon a Midnight

Winterim

Winterim Catalog

You can access this year’s Winterim Catalog now on the school website on the “Culture” tab. We’re excited about this year’s Winterim options. Dates, deadlines, and instructions are all included in the catalog. You can email questions to Mr. Simmons (dustin.simmons@maeserprep.org)

Independent Study Winterim Applications

Students who want to apply for an Independent Study Winterim must submit their application using the online application form. Instructions for how to complete the form are in the Winterim Catalog under “Independent Study Application Procedure” (page 12). All applications must be submitted no later than September 18th

FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America)

Maeser is starting an FBLA chapter this year. FBLA stands for Future Business Leaders of America, and it gives students opportunities to compete for prizes, develop leadership skills, meet new people, and explore different areas of business. This is for high school students interested in business, marketing, entrepreneurship, web design, and more.

An FBLA information meeting will be held for interested students  on Wednesday, September 23 during lunch in Room 102. No business experience required—just come check it out!

Mock Trial

Students interested in returning to or joining the Mock Trial team for the first time should come to the meeting next Friday, September 25th right after school at 12pm in Room 215. If you like to read, analyze, convince others, improve your teambuilding, critical thinking, or public presenting skills, then THIS is a great opportunity!

(Mr. Wright promises to keep the meeting under 30 minutes.)

Employment Opportunities

With our expansion coming Fall 2026, we are actively interviewing for new team members to join us.  Please pass these opportunities along to your professional friends and family.

Volunteer Opportunities

Why Should I Even Care?

Did you know that your volunteer hours get the school funding? That’s right! When you give to Maeser, the state decides it’s worth it too.

I’m In! …But How Does This Work?

Volunteer opportunities include manning and cleaning up after events, decorating, chaperoning, and more. Additionally, each $5 spent for donations counts as one hour of volunteer service!

Here is an example: If you decide to share some yummy treats at a Maeser event and spend $15 on the ingredients and two hours on prep and transportation, you can claim 5 hours.

Current Volunteer Opportunities

Current parent volunteer opportunities are always available at this link and will be updated regularly.

Lunch Volunteers Needed

In order to keep lunch running smoothly, we need more volunteers! Sign up here.

College Application Day

College application day is coming on October 1st. To support our seniors and visiting college representatives we’d love your help providing a variety of grab-and-go snacks! Sign up here

Report Your Volunteer Hours

DON’T FORGET! Report your volunteer hours once you’ve dropped off your donation: Report Parent Service Hours.

Can We Reach You In Case Of Emergency?

It’s important to keep your contact information up to date and opt-in to receive text messages from Maeser — in case of an emergency, this is how we notify parents! In addition, we use your contact information to notify you about important school events and school fees deadlines. Here’s how to make sure you’re getting all of our important announcements and information:

Opt In For School Text Messages

Our school utilizes the SchoolMessenger system to deliver text messages to your mobile phone with important information about events, school closings, safety alerts, student fees, and more. We will only use text messaging for urgent and important information. You can participate in this service by sending a text message of “Y” or “Yes” to our school’s short code number, 67587. You can also opt out of text messages at any time by simply replying to one of our messages with “Stop”.

Update Your Contact Information

If any of your contact information has changed – email address, mailing address, phone number – please let us know asap so we can be sure you’re getting school and teacher communications. Thank you for helping us keep in contact with your family!
