Cynthia Shumway – Karl G Maeser Preparatory Academy

Cynthia Shumway graduated from Brigham Young University in Business Management with a minor in Marketing. She is certified in TPS Lean, Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, change management and leadership coaching. Cynthia is the Director of Supply Chain Business Operations at Intermountain Health where she has worked for 37 years. She also serves on the GS1 Executive committee and is on the Healthcare Transformation Group (HTG) board. Cynthia is a co-founder of Karl G. Maeser Preparatory Academy and has served as CAO of the Academy for approximately the last 15 years serving all aspects of the school from human resources, admin/leadership support, curriculum and budget committees.
