Concurrent Enrollment Drop Deadline
Wednesday, October 21, is the last day to drop without a W for fall and full year courses. Otherwise, your student will permanently have a W on their record showing they started the class!
Lost & Found Clear Out
We are clearing out the Lost and Found! After Fall Break, items not retrieved will be donated or thrown away. Please have your students come in ASAP!
Alumni Legacy Concert
It’s here at last! Everyone is invited.
Math Rocks!
Math Rocks! is an afterschool program sponsored by UVU’s math department. We meet once per term, have snacks, and do some really fun math projects. This extracurricular activity is open to all students in any level of math. Our first meeting will be on Thursday, October 22nd and we will be playing a game called Quads and exploring the math principles used in this game. A permission slip will be needed. Talk to Mrs. Plott (rochelle.plot@maeserprep.org) for more information and to get a permission slip.
Study Hall
Need a quiet productive space after school? Maeser National Honor society will be hosting a Study Hall on Wednesdays from 3:30pm to 4:30pm in room 205. Come if you need a productive space, a desk to work at, or chromebook access. NHS members will supervise the session and will also be open to tutor and answer any questions, if possible.
Math Lab
Do you need some help in math? Do you need a quiet place to work on math homework? The math tutoring lab is open Monday through Thursday each week. Before school (7:15 a.m. – 7:45 a.m.), the math lab is in room #302. After school (3:45 – 4:15 p.m.), the math lab is in room #103. The math lab is FREE and open to all Maeser students in any level of math.

2026-27 2nd Term Sports Academic Eligibility
9th-12th Graders
Eligibility for activities/sports during the 2nd term of the 2026-27 school year for 9th-12th graders will be based on 1st term grades. Students must earn a GPA of 2.7 with no Fs/NGs. In addition, 10th-12th graders must be on track for graduation.
7th-8th Graders
Eligibility for activities/sports during the 2nd term of the 2026-27 school year for 7th and 8th graders will be based on 1st term grades. Students must earn a GPA of 2.7 with no Fs/NGs.

Counseling Announcements
Scheduling CCRs (College Career Readiness Meetings)
Sophomore CCRs will start Thursday, September 17th and run through November 20th. Parents are invited to attend in person or virtually. Please coordinate student and parent schedules before booking. Sign up to meet with Ms. Jenni here.
Counseling Donations Needed
The School Counseling Team needs donations of granola bars, meat sticks, and bags of individually wrapped candy. Donations can count toward volunteer hours! We are also looking for gift cards to local businesses for raffle prizes.
Priority: Granola bars and meat sticks!
Candy Details:
- Type: An assortment, including chocolate, hard candies (like Jolly Ranchers), Tootsie Pops or Rolls, and other assorted bags. Please include some non-chocolate options as well.
- Quantity: 4–5 bags per month.
Gift Card Details:
- Type: $5 dollar gift cards to local businesses/restaurants.
- Quantity: 1-2 per month.
