New Uniform Logo Timeline

Earlier this year we excitedly introduced a new school logo. This updated school logo will be on all newly purchased school uniforms. We recognize that uniforms represent a significant investment for families, so we will be slowly phasing out school uniforms with the old logo according to the following timeline:

  • Middle school uniforms, including cardigans, must have the new logo by the beginning of the 2027-28 school year.
  • High school uniforms, including blazers, must have the new logo by the beginning of the 2029-30 school year.

To avoid confusion and help with the transition to the updated school uniform, effective immediately we will no longer allow middle school uniforms with the old logo to be sold at Maeser’s Used Uniform sales. High school uniforms with the old logo will continue to be sold at the Used Uniform sales for this year only.

The uniform plays a significant role in a Maeser education, serving to remind students of the seriousness of their education and to unite our community in this important endeavor. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the front office or Administration.

You can find approved uniform vendors at the bottom of the “uniform” page on the website.

Online Classes, Summer School & Schedules

The counseling office is now closed for the summer and will reopen on Monday, August 3rd. During the summer, counselors will not be available.

  • Online classes over the summer: If you are planning to take online classes, please check the Credit Ahead & Credit Recovery Resources flyer for a list of approved providers. Students are responsible for enrolling directly through the provider and completing courses before school starts in August. Because summer classes are optional, you must pay for all credits yourself. If you do not complete the class this summer, it will be automatically added to your Maeser schedule in the fall. As a reminder, the state’s online education program (SOEP/SEATS) is not an option for summer classes, as it counts against your full time enrollment at Maeser. All requests will be automatically rejected this summer.
  • 2026-2027 schedules: Course requests are finalized for this year. Student schedules will be available in PowerSchool on Friday, August 7th and a schedule change request form will be sent out. Schedule changes will only be accepted through the Google form.
  • Class of 2027 Counselor Appointments: Seniors – please sign up here for a time to meet with a counselor to finalize your senior year schedule. These brief virtual appointments will begin on July 29th, and no schedule changes can be made before then. Please note: Counselors are out of the office until July 27th and will not be available until then. They will send out another reminder email to seniors to sign up once they return.

Can We Reach You In Case Of Emergency?

It’s important to keep your contact information up to date and opt-in to receive text messages from Maeser — in case of an emergency, this is how we notify parents! In addition, we use your contact information to notify you about important school events and school fees deadlines. Here’s how to make sure you’re getting all of our important announcements and information:

Opt In For School Text Messages

Our school utilizes the SchoolMessenger system to deliver text messages to your mobile phone with important information about events, school closings, safety alerts, student fees, and more. We will only use text messaging for urgent and important information. You can participate in this service by sending a text message of “Y” or “Yes” to our school’s short code number, 67587. You can also opt out of text messages at any time by simply replying to one of our messages with “Stop”.

Update Your Contact Information

If any of your contact information has changed – email address, mailing address, phone number – please let us know asap so we can be sure you’re getting school and teacher communications. Thank you for helping us keep in contact with your family!
