Sandra Russell

Sandra Russell has extensive involvement with education for over 39 years, teaching middle school, high school, and university levels as both an undergraduate and a post-graduate instructor. She held leadership positions as department head (10 years), on-call emergency administrator, and currently, a Board of Directors member (7 years). She served as Cooperating Teacher for many student teachers as well as University Supervisor for student teachers at Weber State University. Sandra has held various elected civil positions of responsibility including: City Council member, Planning and Zoning Commission member, HOA President, and presently, HOA Board member. Sandra’s Education includes: BA, MEd, Administrative Licensure. Certificates and Licenses: Current Utah Teaching Certificate in Secondary Education (6-12), Middle Education (5-9), ESL/Bilingual Education, and Administrative License (K-12).
