Paul Bingham holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from Brigham Young University. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Utah and a licensed CFE. He also holds a handful of cybersecurity-related certifications including the CISSP. Paul is the Senior Vice President and Executive Dean of the Western Governors University School of Technology, where he has worked for over five years. Prior to WGU, Paul was an FBI Agent for 24 years. Paul has served as the Assistant CFO for 5 years. He also serves on our Trustlands and Technology committees.
