Microwaves are available in the lunchroom for students who bring lunch from home. Please note: we do NOT have refrigerator facilities for student use.

Trunk or Treat

This year’s Trunk-or-Treat will be in the Seminary parking lot on October 31st from 12:30-2 pm. Students are allowed to wear their costumes to Advisory Friday. Please make sure all costumes are school appropriate, tactful, and do not include masks. If you are interested in signing up for a candy-distributing location, please fill out this form.

NHS Activity

There will be an NHS service activity on November 7th after advisory. We will be making quilts, and putting together other materials with the organization Stitching Hearts. It will go from 12:15 to 2:15 in the cafeteria. Your student can come for some or all of the activity! Come serve, listen to music, and have fun.

Service Week Donations

Nov 10–14, students can earn “service bucks” by doing service activities during lunch and spend them at a Service Store for fun prizes! We need donations of small treats, trinkets, crafts, or drinks to stock the store. The more prizes we have, the more service gets done! All items can be dropped off at the front desk. Let us know if you will be donating anything by filling out this form: Service Week Donations

Order Your Student’s 2025–26 Maeser Yearbook

Each school year at Maeser brings new growth, friendships, and accomplishments worth remembering. A yearbook ensures your student has a lasting keepsake of this chapter of their life.

Ordering early guarantees availability and locks in the current price. Yearbook pricing increases later in the year.

You can purchase your student’s yearbook through Jostens here: Order Your Maeser Yearbook

Volunteer Opportunities

Current Volunteer Opportunities

Current parent volunteer opportunities are always available at this link and will be updated regularly.

Broadway Rocks

Our amazing drama event, Broadway Rocks, is happening November 8th, and we need your help. We’re planning a Soup & Chili Dinner for over 200 students. Parents can sign up to bring soup or chili in a crockpot, rolls, or paper goods—or volunteer to help with setup or cleanup. For more information and to sign up, please visit our SignUpGenius: Broadway Rocks Dinner.

Spanish Speakers Needed

We’re looking for bilingual (English/Spanish) Maeser parents to help some of our Spanish-speaking parents understand school policies and procedures. Your support can make a big difference in helping everyone feel informed and included. Please email volunteer@maeserprep.org.

Teacher Appreciation Donations

The following link has a signupgenius that has a variety of items listed that are popular with the staff, but is not limited to those items only. These donations can count towards your volunteer hours. For more details and to sign up, please visit our SignUpGenius: Teacher Treats. Thank you for your generosity.

Report Your Volunteer Hours

DON’T FORGET! Report your volunteer hours once you’ve dropped off your donation: Report Parent Service Hours. Each $5 spent for donations counts as one hour of volunteer service!

Here’s how to make sure you’re getting all of our important announcements and information:
