Important School & Class Fee Information

All student accounts have already been charged the following annual fees, which are due by Wednesday, October 5:

  • Student Fee (HS & MS)
  • Winterim fee (HS)
  • Graduation Fee (Seniors)

Student accounts will be charged class fees for full-year and first-semester classes this weekend. This includes AP exam fees. Class fees are also due by Wednesday, October 5.

Not all students will have class fees. For middle school, generally only students on sports practice squads will have a class fee (though there are some exceptions for classes like choir and orchestra). For high school, fees depend on the classes your student is taking.

If you would like to set up a payment plan for annual fees and class fees (except AP exams), please email finance@maeserprep.org. Payment plans must be set up by Wednesday, October 5 to avoid a late fee. Payment plans are set up as monthly payments that may begin anytime between October and January. All fees must be paid in full by the end of April.

We do not set up payment plans for extracurricular sports and activities. These fees must be paid before your student can participate.

If you think you may qualify for a fee waiver, please email finance@maeserprep.org for an application.

If you have any questions, please email finance@maeserprep.org before the fee deadline.

Sports Announcements

Fall 2022 Sports Academic Eligibility

Eligibility for participation in fall activities/sports will be determined by 4th term grades. All students must have earned a Q4 2.7 GPA with no Fs. In addition, high school students cannot have any Fs/NGs/Incompletes from previous high school terms. If the F/NG/Incomplete is made up by the beginning of the sports season they will be able to participate as long as they have a 2.7 GPA.

Sports Physicals

All students, middle school and high school, who will be playing sports next year (2022-23) need a physical in order to play. Physicals completed on or after April 15, 2022 will be good until July 15, 2023. Any physicals completed before April 15 of this year will not be accepted (per UHSAA policy) for the upcoming school year.

Here is a link to the UHSAA form which Maeser uses for ALL athletes: UHSAA Physical Form

HS & MS Ultimate Disk

All students of all grades are invited to join Maeser’s Ultimate Disk program. Ultimate is a super fun co-ed sport that continues to grow year over year and Maeser’s program is going into its ninth year.
