HAPPENING TODAY: Mock Trial Meeting
Mock Trial team members and anyone interested in Mock Trial will be meeting TODAY (Friday, September 6) at NOON. The HS Team will meet in room 205. The MS Team will meet in the SPED Room. Mock On!
Parent-Teacher Conferences
We’re excited to invite you to our fall Parent-Teacher Conferences. Now that you’ve heard all about your student’s teachers, come meet them in person! We’ve set aside time on Thursday, September 12th from 4pm-6:30pm for teachers to meet with parents. If you have a question about a specific situation, just want to get a quick update on how your student is doing, or even if you just want to get used to Maeser’s hallways and put faces to the names you’ve been hearing about lately, please join us!
A couple of quick notes:
Because of the limited timeframe, teachers will be prepared to spend 5 minutes with each parent, so if you have a larger or more specific concern, it would be better to schedule a longer appointment for another day.
Please wait until 4pm to go to your student’s teachers. School is over at 3:30, and teachers will need some time to gather themselves, get something to eat, and make it back to their classrooms. We will have a classroom map and list of teacher room assignments ready for you when you arrive.
Homecoming Dance
This semi-formal dance is taking place on Saturday, September 28. The theme of the dance this year is “Return to Neverland”, with the venue for this event located at Evans Event Center. (284 W 200 N, Lindon, UT 84042) The dance is from 8-11 pm that night, with stag tickets at $20 and couple tickets being $35. Tickets can be purchased with cash or card during lunch the week leading up to the dance in Ms. Moser’s room (room 146). TICKET PRICES WILL GO UP AT THE DOOR, so buy your tickets in advance!

Can We Reach You In Case Of Emergency?
It’s important to keep your contact information up to date and opt-in to receive text messages from Maeser — in case of an emergency, this is how we notify parents! In addition, we use your contact information to notify you about important school events and school fees deadlines.
Here’s how to make sure you’re getting all of our important announcements and information:
Opt In For School Text Messages
Our school utilizes the SchoolMessenger system to deliver text messages to your mobile phone with important information about events, school closings, safety alerts, student fees, and more. We will only use text messaging for urgent and important information.
You can participate in this service by sending a text message of “Y” or “Yes” to our school’s short code number, 67587.
You can also opt out of text messages at any time by simply replying to one of our messages with “Stop”.
Update Your Contact Information
If any of your contact information has changed – email address, mailing address, phone number – please let us know asap so we can be sure you’re getting school and teacher communications.
Thank you for helping us keep in contact with your family!
