Have Your 2024-25 Plans Changed?

If your plans for 2024-25 enrollment have changed and your student will not be attending Maeser Prep, please contact us ASAP to let us know by emailing us at registrar@maeserprep.org. Please include your student’s name, their 2024-25 grade, and the school they will be attending next year, so we can make sure your student’s school file is sent to the correct school.

Thanks for your help in keeping our records up to date!

2024-25 Class Schedules and Class Change Requests

The PowerSchool parent and student portal is now open with class schedules for the 2024-25 school year!

You can access the parent/student portal here: https://maeserprep.powerschool.com.

If you have a new student this year, you should have received a separate email this morning with instructions on accessing your parent account.

If you have forgotten your PowerSchool parent account username or password, please first try the “Forgot Username/Password” link. If you are unable to recover your password using the link, please email us at info@maeserprep.org to request a reset.

Middle School Class Schedules

There will be no class change request form for Middle School as all student schedules follow the new curriculum. The only changes made to middle school schedules will be to make sure students are in the correct math or Latin classes. If your student is in the wrong math or Latin class, you may email Ms. Lewis. Please send only one (1) email and she will fix the schedule as soon as she can. Please be patient with the process.

High School Class Schedules

If your high school student needs to make any changes, please fill out the Class Change Request Form. (For reference, a copy of the master schedule is linked at the top of the form.)

Remember, the first change is free. Changes that are not because of an error on our part incur a fee of $10 each after the first request.

Please do not email the counselors to ask for a change to your student’s schedule. We can only make changes that are submitted through the Class Change Request Form.

Our counselors and administrators are incredibly busy during the week before school starts. Using the form allows us to manage these requests in a timely manner.

IMPORTANT NOTE for Students Taking Seminary and Parent Release Time

We are required to collect a parent-signed release form for any student taking either Seminary or Parent Release Time each year. If your student will be taking either of these classes, please complete and sign the appropriate form(s) and return them to the front office by noon on Friday, August 16.

Release Form for Seminary
Release Form for Parent Release Time

**PLEASE NOTE: Students without a signed release form on file by noon on Friday, August 16 will be dropped from their Release Time period(s) and placed in an on-campus class.**
