Student Fees: What Has Been Charged & What Has Not (Yet)

Your student’s annual fee(s) have been charged to their student account. All students have a student fee, high school students have a Winterim fee, and seniors have a Graduation fee. Thank you to those who have already paid these fees!

In addition to annual fees, your student might have some class fees that will be charged to their account next week. (We don’t charge these earlier because class schedules tend to fluctuate during the first two weeks of school.)

You can see all 2024-25 fees here: Maeser Fee Schedule & Spend Plan

You will receive an email on Monday, August 26, if your student has a fee balance. The email will have instructions for paying fees. (If you would also like to receive text notifications from us, please text “Y” or “Yes” to 67587.)

Annual fees and class fees (first semester & full year classes) are due on Wednesday, October 2 @ 4:00 PM. Balances after the due date will be charged a late fee. Second semester class fees will be charged in February.

If you would like to set up a payment plan for annual fees and class fees (except AP exams), please email finance@maeserprep.org before the due date. We do not set up payment plans for extracurricular sports and activities–these fees must be paid before your student can participate.

If you think you may qualify for a fee waiver, please email finance@maeserprep.org for an application before Wednesday, October 2.

If you have any questions, please email finance@maeserprep.org. We are happy to help.

Can We Reach You In Case Of Emergency?

It’s important to keep your contact information up to date and opt-in to receive text messages from Maeser — in case of an emergency, this is how we notify parents! In addition, we use your contact information to notify you about important school events and school fees deadlines.

Here’s how to make sure you’re getting all of our important announcements and information:

Opt In For School Text Messages

Our school utilizes the SchoolMessenger system to deliver text messages to your mobile phone with important information about events, school closings, safety alerts, student fees, and more. We will only use text messaging for urgent and important information.

You can participate in this service by sending a text message of “Y” or “Yes” to our school’s short code number, 67587.

You can also opt out of text messages at any time by simply replying to one of our messages with “Stop”.

Update Your Contact Information

If any of your contact information has changed – email address, mailing address, phone number – please let us know asap so we can be sure you’re getting school and teacher communications.

Thank you for helping us keep in contact with your family!
