Re-enroll Your Current Maeser Student for 2019-20 by Thursday, December 6

Re-enrollment is now open for current Maeser students who will be returning for the 2019-20 school year. To secure your student’s spot at Maeser for the coming year, please visit our front office during office hours (M-Th 7:30am-4:00pm, Fri 7:30am-1:30pm) to submit the required re-enrollment paperwork and your $50 enrollment deposit.

Please note: The $50 re-enrollment deposit can be paid online through our fee payment system, but you must still come in to the front office to fill out and sign the required paperwork.

Re-enrollment must be completed by Thursday, December 6, 2018. This allows us to plan for the number of open spots we can offer to new students in our enrollment lottery in February. For the past several years, our wait list has far exceeded the number of seats available at Maeser, so we want to be sure your Maeser student has a spot reserved for next year!

Does your student have a non-Maeser sibling who would like to attend Maeser next year?

Be sure to submit an enrollment application on our website before February 1, 2019 so they can be included in our 2019-20 enrollment lottery.

Questions about re-enrollment?

Contact our Registrar, Mrs. Slade, at registrar@maeserprep.org.

Flex Day: Friday, December 7

Our Quarter 2 Flex Day is this coming Friday, December 7, from 8:00am-12:30pm. Regular classes are suspended to give students a chance to work with their teachers to get caught up and ready for Finals, which start on Thursdya, December 13. Maeser uniforms are required on Flex Day.

Several teachers have time blocks set aside for specific subjects, so please talk to your teachers BEFORE Friday to set up a time to come in and work with them.

Did you know your student can make up NGs on Flex Day on December 7?
Have your student stop at the front office before going to work with their teachers, and we’ll give them a form to have their teachers sign so we can credit their Flex Day time toward their NGs.
