HS Boys Soccer Tryouts
High school boys soccer tryouts will be held on Monday, February 26 from 3:30-5:00pm. All potential players must complete their athlete registration online at http://www.registermyathlete.com before tryouts. Any students in grades 10-12 who are new to Maeser this year need to talk with Mr. Norris about completing their transfer-of-eligibility paperwork. Any other questions can be directed to Coach Simmons.
HS Track & Field Meeting
There will be a track meeting for any interested high school students on Wednesday, February 21 during lunch in room 301.
Driver Education Class
There will be a Driver Education course offered at Maeser Prep through Wright Driving School starting on Monday, March 12 and ending on Thursday, March 22. The class will be from 6:00am-7:50am Monday-Friday (03/12-03-16) and Monday-Thursday (03/19-03/22). The cost of the class is $230 and includes the classroom portion, 6 hours of observations, and 6 hours of driving. Please pay the instructor on the first day of class (checks made out to Wright Driving School or cash). A sign-up sheet will be at the front desk. Contact Jared Norris with any questions.
Music Tryouts for Fall
Do you have a musically talented student? Maeser has a place for everyone, from beginning to young artist! You can’t beat choir and orchestra for an instant circle of friends, travel opportunities, and artistic and character development. Concurrent Enrollment Student Juried Art Show
The 4th annual Concurrent Enrollment Juried Art Show will be held May 4-14. Art entries are due by April 3. See any CE teacher or Ms. Sorenson for more details. Any current or former CE student is eligible to enter!
Current Volunteer Needs
Breakfast and Snacks for the 11th Grade ACT on February 27
We are in need of parent volunteers to help provide breakfast and snacks on Tuesday, February 27 at 7:00am for our Junior class, who will be taking the ACT at school. Food donations should be dropped off at 6:45am at the school. Parent volunteers are also needed to help set up and clean up.
