$25 late fee assessed on all accounts with outstanding balances. Beginning December 1, a $25 late fee will be assessed every month for outstanding balances. Sports and Winterim fees may not be put on a payment plan. If you need to set up a payment plan for other fees, please email finance@maeserprep.org.

Foreign Language Week: November 6-10

Join us this week in the gym during lunch for fun activities. Look in the upper hallways for your poster. Poster winners will be announced on Tuesday.

Middle School Spelling Bee

Spring ACT Prep Course Sign-up

Sophomores: The last session of our ACT Prep course will be helf in March. Sign up for FREE at front desk! Freshmen and Juniors are also invited to sign up for $125.

Sports Announcements

HS Girls Basketball Tryouts: Monday, November 6

HS Girls Basketball tryouts will be held on Monday, November 6 at 4:00pm in the gym. Be ready to go with shoes on before 4:00pm. You must have a physical in order to play. Academic eligibility is based on 1st term grades and a student-athlete cannot have any Fs/NGs. Boys who make the team must have all previous sports fees paid and a $50 deposit before a uniform will be issued. Any questions contact Coach Nielsen: shaylee.nielsen@maeserprep.org. COME PLAY!!!

HS Boys Basketball Tryouts: Monday-Tuesday, November 6-7

HS Boys Basketball tryouts will be held on Monday and Tuesday, November 6-7, from 6:00-8:00pm in the gym. Academic eligibility is based on 1st term grades and a student-athlete cannot have any Fs/NGs. Boys who make the team must have all previous sports fees paid and a $50 deposit before a uniform will be issued. Questions? Contact Coach Watabe: mas.watabe@maeserprep.org.

Ultimate Frisbee Tournament

The high school frisbee team will be participating in the state tournament November 10th and 11th at the Legacy Events Center in Farmington. Come cheer on the Maeser Lions Ultimate players.

Fee Payment Policy Reminders

Winterim Fee Payment Deadline: Wednesday, November 15

Winterim fees are due Wednesday, November 15. If Winterim fees are unpaid after that date, your student will be dropped from their Winterim selection and assigned to a Credit Recovery/Directed Reading class with a $25 fee. Sports and Winterim fees may not be put on a payment plan. If you need to set up a payment plan for other fees, please email finance@maeserprep.org.

NEW Fee Policy Updates

NEW! Beginning December 1, a $25 late fee will be assessed every month for outstanding balances.

NEW! Beginning with winter sports, students will be allowed to participate in a sport ONLY IF all their prior sports fees have been paid in full.

NEW! Beginning with winter sports, there will be a non-refundable $50 deposit for sports that is due before your student is considered a team member and receives a uniform. The remainder of the sports fee will be due mid-season. If the sports fee is not paid in full by this deadline, your student will be unable to participate.

Prudential Spirit of Community Award
